How Kassver's government-correspondence analysis works and its limits.
Version 2026-06-beta.1
Public beta wording. This describes how Kassver currently operates and is not legal advice; final language will be reviewed by qualified counsel.
Advisory support only
Government correspondence analysis produces a draft summary and suggested follow-up items. It is decision support for a qualified professional and is never a filing, a legal or tax opinion, or a substitute for reading the original notice.
Staff-triggered, never automatic
Analysis only runs when a signed-in staff member of the owning firm explicitly asks for it. Ordinary client document uploads are never analysed.
Nothing is sent to a client automatically. Suggested items only become part of a request when a staff member reviews and approves them.
What is sent to the model
Only the text extracted from the correspondence file you selected, plus neutral instructions. Kassver does not send account credentials or internal record identifiers, and the model cannot reach your database.
Limits and uncertainty
Results can be incomplete or wrong. Each finding is labelled with how it was supported: verified text from the document, a visual reference needing human confirmation, or unverified.
Scanned or image-only PDFs may not be readable, in which case the file is stored but reported as unable to process.
Your review is required
A professional must review every analysis before acting on it or sharing anything derived from it with a client.
