Beta notice

This page is beta placeholder wording describing current data handling. It is not legal advice, and the final policy (including any data-processing agreement and professional-confidentiality terms) will be provided by qualified counsel.

What we store

Account data: your name, email address and firm membership.

Firm data: clients, contacts, request templates, requests, request items, responses, comments and uploaded files.

Operational data: email delivery outcomes, reminder scheduling, and AI analysis records including model usage counts.

How data is separated

Every record belongs to exactly one firm. Access rules are enforced in the database, so one firm cannot read another firm's data.

Uploaded files are held in private storage and are only reachable through short-lived links issued to authorised staff or to the specific client contact holding a valid secure request link.

Client access links

Clients do not create accounts. They receive a secure link that expires, can be revoked, and only opens the single request it was issued for.

Retention and deletion

Firm data is retained while your workspace is active. You can request deletion of your workspace and its files by contacting support.

Service providers

Kassver relies on a small number of infrastructure and delivery providers, listed on the subprocessors page.
