Public beta wording. This describes how Kassver currently operates and is not legal advice; final language will be reviewed by qualified counsel.
Beta service
Kassver is offered as a public beta for professional-service firms. Features, limits and availability may change while the beta continues.
This page is beta placeholder wording that describes how the service currently operates. It is not legal advice, and final terms will be published after review by qualified counsel.
Your account and firm
You are responsible for the accuracy of the firm details you enter, for the people you invite to your firm workspace, and for keeping sign-in credentials confidential.
You must have the authority to act for the firm you create, and you may only upload client information you are permitted to handle.
Acceptable use
Do not use Kassver to send unsolicited email, to store content you have no right to store, or to attempt to access another firm's data.
Beta usage limits apply to staff seats, clients, active requests, email, AI analyses and storage. These limits are abuse and cost controls, not pricing commitments.
Professional responsibility
Kassver assists with collecting, organising and reviewing client information. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal or other professional advice, and it does not replace your professional judgement or your obligations to your clients.
Availability and termination
The beta is provided as-is, without warranties. Either you or Kassver may stop using or providing the service; you may request deletion of your firm workspace by contacting support.
